Unbelievable! He spams in both team AND public chat, many, many, many times.

And

And FINALLY

He continued to display many messages for minutes, even after MANY people said to shut up and be quiet.

I've also heard that he has a reputation.

This guy is insane.

iNoc has an old forum profile with just 1 post that was posted the same day he registered, and got banned.

My guess is that he is a banned user who got a new key. But, I could be wrong since his last post on here was back in june.

Yeah, I was there. But I used a secret weapon to block his random chat. No, it wasn't client-side mute. It wasn't working for some odd reason.

NOEDIT: It was SOMEWHAT client-side muting, but not the mod itself.
