Author Topic: Started a workout today  (Read 2193 times)

Getting tired of just being skinny with some belly fat.

Starting today, doing 10 pushups every two minutes in a 15 minute interval (I have NO arm strength to start) followed by 15 minutes of 150 crunches.

I just finished - my whole body feels really tense. :D

you should really do more then just that, running and adding some weight lifting along with some core workouts would be a good idea too. you really aren't going to get fit just off of doing pushups and chin ups.


You should push boxes. I heard professional box-pushers get a great workout.

Plus it comes with a great pay.

I am exactly the same as OP without any improvement.

Belly fat, baby fat, weak muscles, no arm strength to begin with.

all i ever do thats a "workout" is run in circles, riding a god damn a bike 2 miles and back, aka, i focus on the legs than anything else
