Broke my 2 day old iPhone 5 earphones this morning by dunking them in my coffee, went into the Apple store and walked out 2 minutes later with a brand new set, no questions asked. That's what I call service, wouldn't get that from anyon but Apple!

To be honest, if you buy most products from most places, if they break down within their warranty, you're entitled to a replacement.
