only a week ago my kindle fires charger broke after almost a year.
went on live chat with CS and came out 6 minutes later with a replacement shipped with free 2 day shipping and free return shipping for the old broken one.
they even answered my questions politely.
and when my old laptop broke due to GPU failure they said they would replace the laptop and switch out the harddrives when the broken one arrives then ship the brand new replacement.
free 2 day shipping for return and back so i got it back in less then a week with brand new and i realized improved hardware with the same HDD as the one in the broken one.
come on, i wanna see apple do that no questions asked.
well, mine was a few questions asked for both because of possible easy fixes which didn't work for me but they were quick and nice about it.
