comijehocafy.exe virus, I need help, already googled and no help.

As the title says I already googled it and I can't find out how to remove it because nothing tells me how it only says "hurr hurr its a virus" and I was wondering if anyone here can help.

Apparently its a backdoor, And if its one of those its highly suggested you completely format you're operating system

What I do to get rid of viruses is as soon as I log in I go to startup settings and set it to default programs ONLY.  Then the virus does whatever (I usually just shut off my computer).  On restart the virus can't be executed because it's not set to go on startup.  I then run virus protection which cleans it up

One problem with backdoor trojans is, Even once you remove the virus itself theres still a high chance they already still have complete access to the computer and they can do very horrible things with this access

Also I'm on an Windows XP so if you give me a guide make sure its windows XP (7 and XP are pretty different)
