Highlight, spoilers [So it looks like Simon took care of Marcilene until he lost it after the war. Now he keeps coming back over a long time and he doesn't even remeber who she is. That's kind of depressing. ;-;]

Whenever I catch a snippet, I find it disturbing.

Not sure what the appeal is to regularly watch it if you are in your teens, but whatevs.

Meh, all cartoons have a "deep element". Usually its just the creators having fun with it or leaving little jokes for adults behind. That doesn't change it from primarily being a childrens show.
