Clever. He clips a ped, who was in fact in a cross walk, and crossed while the intersection was clear. Cutting through an alley to avoid traffic is called Thru-Traffic, and is also illegal. If a cop saw that:

  • Aggravated Assault w/ Deadly Weapon (jail sentence)
  • Reckless Driving (jail sentence, drivers license revoked)
  • Thru-Traffic (citation)
  • Hit and Run (jail sentence, citation)
And I'm the savage? Note how the intersection was in fact clear, the ped was in a cross walk, and the cyclist came out of nowhere. Also, see my above quote, and then tell me who wasn't obeying the rules.

So since some guy in a video sucks at driving and could have killed some people, that completely negates the fact you are overreacting and want to have him killed instead of:
  • Aggravated Assault w/ Deadly Weapon (jail sentence)
  • Reckless Driving (jail sentence, drivers license revoked)
  • Thru-Traffic (citation)
  • Hit and Run (jail sentence, citation)

This? Yeah okay buddy.

I'm probably the only person thinking this but, if you decided to break the rules, whatever the hell happens to you as a result is entirely just and the person breaking the rules was in the wrong.

Also, these lights look pretty damn green to me. When traffic is allowed to pass, crossing there while traffic is moving is illegal.

theoretically, the guy shouldn't have parked in the turning lane.
may be just me.

The walk light was red, it's illegal to cross when you're not supposed to.
I never called you savage, but if you want to be a whiny little bitch, fine have it your way.
Are you loving mental? First off, learn what you're talking about. Pedestrians by law ALWAYS have the right of way. If there is a pedestrian in the cross walk, the light might as well be red, because traffic HAS to stop. Speeding up and clipping the pedestrian is illegal, and you will in fact be put in jail for it (at least if you run).

First off, it's an expression. Do I really think the driver should be hanged? No. He did in fact almost kill innocent people because of his ego, you are correct there. If you quit arguing over completely irrelevant details, you'll see that.

Be honest here. Do you know what you're talking about?

Brb playing in the middle of the highway, thanks Jeep.
I'll play with my toy cars too, just for irony's sake.
When I get ran over, I know who to blame.
If I live, I'll blame the driver of the car, it was MY right of way.
Hell, I'll run in the way of cars about to stop or are almost ontop of me.
When I get hit, I'll blame it on them. They should have expected me to move, and it was my right of way.

You really are stupid, aren't you?

The thing I find most offensive is his horrid account name. Snowcatxx87? Sounds like a 4 year olds account name on one of those kid games like club penguin or something.

and the cyclist came out of nowhere.
Must of came from Mordor

You really are stupid, aren't you?
Touche, it's my loving right of way tho.

You really are stupid, aren't you?

No, he's making fun of your ideas about law.
If anyone is stupid here it's you.

My ideas about laws? Go ahead. Enlighten me. I guess it's okay to speed past pedestrians in a crosswalk then? What about if you clip him? Oh, no big deal. The light was green anyway. Right. I'll keep it in mind next time I see one.

Go take your drivers test. Pass a pedestrian in a crosswalk. See if you get your license.

If you decide it's a good idea to cross at a green light you're asking to be run over, moron. Nobody would be able to stop in time anywho.

I'm not saying the motorcyclist wasn't in the wrong, he clearly was. Both of them were.
The pedestrian shouldn't have crossed when it said not to and the motorcyclist should've stopped.

Every time you post, you prove more and more that you have no idea what you're talking about. Again, the cyclist had every opportunity to stop. He just came out of a turn. Secondly, the ped didn't see the cyclist, because he came out of an alley. Traffic was otherwise clear. Yes, it was illegal to cross. However, it was STILL his right of way.

I can agree with this. However, in defense of the Pedestrian, the motorcycle came out of an alley. And traffic was otherwise clear before this.

Walking infront of green light = ok
Thanks again Jeep, now I get even more right of way! Even illegally.
