Skimming through this topic, I see absolutely no purpose in not finding Jeep the most credible individual here.

The US judicial system isn't the implication of whether or not someone should be able to live.  Many individuals are implicating risk towards others because they want to act stupid.  If you drink and drive, if you talk on your cell phone when you drive, if you text while you drive, I believe you shouldn't have the right to live anymore.  These are simplified examples; what OP posted is an isolated incident, and displays blatant disregard for other individuals.  He shouldn't be allowed to live if he doesn't respect the lives of others.
