So you called him closed-minded for approaching your religious dogma with logic?

If there is honest proof of a god, and not just speculative "evidence" and apologetics, I will convert. But there never has been, and as far as I've seen never will be a real encounter with any of the 1000 gods. I'll accept Jesus into my heart when I shake hands with him, not when someone recites church mantra.

All things testify of God.

Matthew 25:1-13

1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.

2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:

4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.

6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.

7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.

8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Are you seriously scared of that?

Gotta love mormons

I'm trying to avoid bible bashing - sorry if I am :[

Are you seriously scared of that?

Am I scared of not being ready when I meet my maker?
I believe that when I die, all of my actions will be held acountable before God which will decide the fate of my eternal progression. Yes I am scared, but not as scared as I should be.

Irony because they both had bailouts, Obama promised to the defecit by half but actually raised it, and taxes only hurt businesses.
Irony because republican congress knocked Obama's stimulus package without brown townyzing it lol.

And Christianity, in it's pure and personal form is the best religion, but most people don't know what that means.

they tricked you all into believing you only have a choice of 2 people.
2 guys who are the exact same, every time.

Cookie king is best religion.

"If you don't follow the word of the Invisible Bear with chainsaws, you WILL be forever chopped up after life! I have no proof, but am insisting it very firmly and I have an old book that agrees. So convert or suffer some time later!"

This can repeated in an infinite number of ways. The only reason you believe in the Mormon version of invisible man in the sky is because it was drilled into your head as a child.

Being scared of a poorly-written book is an embarrassment to human progress. It means you haven't changed from what cavemen did to rationalize what they didn't understand: with a god.

But as proven by lalam, you will not change in the face of enormous evidence, and when your own belief has none for that matter. You just copped out with church mantra.

Get with the times.

I have never seen a mormon in my whole life, though I mean I have never seen someone who is a pronounced mormon or a door-to-door person.
