what is the program that is easy to learn and model?

I tryed MilkShape and Blender.

Milkshape3D is as basic as it gets.

Blender is pretty basic to be honest. It just throws a lot of stuff at you in the interface.

If you read a few tutorials and watch a few video, the interface becomes MUCH less complicated.

SketchUp

This as well

sketchup is really simple but a lot of times it doesnt do what you want it to so it can be annoying
blender confuses me and i cant find the dts exporter

Ill be honest, Ms3D is a lot simpler than blender just because of the interface.
I have used Ms3D for quite a while, and frankly it is better then blender because of the simplicity.
The only drawback is that you have to pay for Milkshape, and blender is free.

Although I did pay for milkshape and I think that it is an overall better choice then blender.
That is just my opinion though.

I want a program that uses ruler-ish thing, i dont like that lots of numbers:

example:

8.1278
7.2109
4.0619

i like this:

5.5
1.5
1.0

just like building in blockland.

adding cubes/spheres with only 1 or 2 clicks.. etc...

In blender you can just type in the numbers.

SketchUp is simple but to import anything to Blockland you have to be able to install an exporter, use another program to import, scale, add joints, and have a kindergarten degree. Blender is the best modelling program for Blockland, and really isn't very hard to use, it's just very overwhelming at first.

This

Wings3D is repulsively simple.
