But god dammit, they're jumping to the survivors with the phone too early.
Yeah, it's kind of early for the phone, but the show obviously isn't going to go at the same pace as the comics sadly. The comics have been being released since what, 2003? I'd love for the show to be more like the books but frankly I can't see the show having enough seasons to rival the story arch of the graphic novels. Basically what I'm saying is get used to these plot points showing up early. It sucks but hey at least we get some good action.
I'm actually kind of glad they introduced the phone. That has to be one of the most strangely touching parts of the comics to me. It shows how even Rick has his times of doubt. For instance, when he broke down and cried in the last episode I was absolutely shocked. Despite all the deaths of main characters, Rick's reaction was easily the most depressing thing I've seen in the entire series. The phone, however, is going to be the kicker for me.
Yeah I don't remember her dying at all. Maybe she'll pull a Merle and come back in season 4. Maybe it was connected to that first person shot of someone watching the prison from the woods.
I kind of assumed the person watching was Andrew but that would be a great twist. Regardless I just want to know what happens to Carol. She's pulling a Sophia, lol.
Also, I would just assume there are spoilers in this thread by now. What else would we have to talk about? :D
I would assume most people would have the common sense to realize this but surprisingly spoilers may come as unexpected to some people.
