How come every single file I submit to RTB is not fail-binned or approved?

It's kind of annoying. I don't get why every single add-on I submit to RTB isn't either approved or fail-binned, and it just dies in submission and fades away from the holding tank. What's with this?

I had 4 mods approved a long time ago, but now it seems every single one just dies away.

There are no failures or approvals, that's the problem.. none of them are reviewed

edit: i heard ephialtes wasnt going to work on rtb for a bit, mabye he isnt checking any..

Uh I posted it right here.., and most of the mods I tried were before Ephialtes quit
