It's funny because these songs are at the least a month old (with mercury and quaoar being made in january), but since we needed more songs/activity I looped these real quickly.

Honestly typhoon sounds horrible. The Spider loops are really nice and Fjord sounds pretty radical. Revalation is pretty nice too. Quaoar is radical, I love it.

Yeah, it's the stereo/mono conversion ;-;
The original file is a .mod (which, as any tracker knows, differentiates the channels into left and right speakers/headphones heavily)

I want to do more .its and .xms but I love .mod too much because it's so simple ;-;

Try creating it like a normal song (Beginning > Chorus > Bridge 1 > Chorus > Bridge 2 > Guitar Solo > Chorus/Finale > Ending)

You could also try using a lot of different instruments with similar but distinct sounds to make sort of "frankenstein" songs (has a chorus-style setup but all the bridges are very different, eg Shades), if you need samples you could hit up modarchive for some old chiptune songs (pink's chiptunes have lots of good c64-style samples)
