What is Dwarf Fortress?Dwarf Fortress is game where you lead a small band of dwarves on a journey to establish their own outpost, gain wealth, and get impaled by goblins or get decimated by demons. You start out with 7 dwarves, and mine, build, and fight to make a home.

What's Outpost and Succession Game?Outpost is what we've settled on, half hills, half plains, half haunted, half peaceful. We've got zombies, animated corpses, butchered kittens, zombies, dwarves, and low morale.
A Succession game is where one players plays a year of time in-game, and when he is done, he passes on the save to another person. That person then plays a year, and passes it to the person who has signed up for the next turn. Then, the cycle goes on. Boatmurdered was done this way.
What if I don't play Dwarf Fortress?Sign up anyways, beginner or not, take a whack at it. Check out some Dwarf Fortress tutorials or ask me if you have any questions. Or, if you don't want to play, get DORFED.
What if I screw up?Doesn't matter. The next person continues from your turn, or if it's really bad (fortress crumbling) we start from the previous save.
What does it mean to get DORFED?When someone gets dorfed, the person who currently has the turn assigns a dwarf your name, and if you want, a custom job title. You can request a specific job, but getting one is not guaranteed, and dorfing depends on how many Class-D dwarfs there are available.
How do I sign up?Just ask. That's it.
How do I upload the save?Just upload the whole game folder archived in a .rar or .zip.
