I'm pretty sure that post doesn't even break the rule. As I said earlier, he wasn't dismissing it, he was saying you're all dumb. Besides which, breaking a rule doesn't automatically make him bad. Nor does following rules all of the time make you a good person.

Except that he totally didn't. The words "I don't care" aren't an instant banning phrase. The intent of his message did not seem to be to dismiss the thread, it seemed to be saying that he's 13 and you guys complaining isn't going to change that fact. I could be wrong, but hey, you could, too.

The point of the rule is to not simply dismiss the entire thread. Elecro didn't. He simply restated a point, and defended himself (poorly :/).
