im pretty sure i destroyed ur life
Nah, everyone here didn't even try to contact my family.

Speaking of which, thanks guys. :D

I just think it should be up to the user to post stuff about them.

Also, go away failtroll.

it's in the EULA you agree to when you install the game.
There is no EULA for Blockland.

There is no EULA for Blockland.
It's the secret invisible EULA idiot

It's also funny that he's not even trolling he just posted something that was really funny then you guys got all up in arms and he was just like wtf lol. You guys convict everyone you don't like of being a troll, and let real trolls pass under your radar 24/7.

There is no EULA for Blockland.
OOOH MAN
I HOPED YOU WOULD SAY THAT

wrong wrong wrong wrong

wrooooooooooong

It's even displayed to you when you run the installer, I mean come on.

Oh, that one. I read it.
Oh look, another idiot for badspot to get money from. Seriously though why are you still here? go away.

There is no EULA for Blockland.
Remember when you said you'd threaten to sue him for revoking you 50 alts? Ah, good times.

Anyway, my point stands. Badspot can ban for whatever reason he wants, no matter how "unfair" it may seem.

im pretty sure i destroyed ur life

giving away the facebook of family members isn't destroying a life

try harder kiddo

OOOH MAN
I HOPED YOU WOULD SAY THAT

Well, first off, damn. You're probably the first person to straight up prove my wrong on any grounds ever.

Regardless, your point is flimsy and falls over easily. The point you're referring to is "Step 1: Games reserves the right to ban you from playing Blockland online at any time for any reason and without notice."

Revoking a key bans you from playing Blockland all together. Not just online. So, technically, he's still in violation of his own ToS by revoking keys.

There's this thing called demo mode
it lets you play the game
WITHOUT A KEY

Yeah, demo mode.

dem·o/ˈdemō/
Noun:
A demonstration of the capabilities of something, typically computer software or a musical group: "we hired them to produce a demo tape".

I paid for the capabilities of the product. Not to mention, the product is advertised as a lifetime subscription, and since the EULA says that
Quote
The term of this license grant is perpetual.
the lifetime subscription can not be ended for any reason. On top of that, the word 'ban' holds no meaning in court, it's not legally sturdy. Other, solid, terms use words such as "terminate" that do actually hold legal value. So not only would that not hold up in court, he's violating it by revoking the key in the first place since he is literally preventing you from using your purchase. On top of this, End User License Agreements themselves aren't legally sturdy and there has been no American ruling or law concerning their validity. The entire thing is flimsy, and no, you are wrong about this one. I guarantee it. I am not and will never be wrong twice in one day.
