I have made a bunch of gifs at GIFSoup.com, and I was thinking I'd post them. Feel free to reply your own music fail gifs.

Viola Fail - His tailpiece broke off.


Bass Fail - These guys were having an outdoor jam sesh, and the bassist broke a string.


Electric Bass Slap Fail - Slapping too hard.


Bow Break - This girl was playing too hard  and broke all the bow hairs.


Bass Flip Fail - He didn't have straplocks. Only an idiot does a flip without straplocks.


Slap bass fail 2 - Slapped too hard.

Oh... okay. Not reallly a fail though... I saw the video posted by the band itself.

the strap locks worked fine the D ring that allows you to adjust your guitar strap is what broke and it was a good fender strap.
