The "red white and blue richard" comment was in reply to this:
at first i thought that this was going to be talking about something good a cop did, but then i remembered that no one reports the good things police officers do. instead, they throw the good things out the window in favor of the bad things and parade "all cops are starfishs" around.
carolcat made a good argument about how people only see the bad things some cops do on the news, and automatically assume every cop is corrupt - which is when Counter replied with:
Keep on sucking that red, white and blue richard there.
Moral of the story, Counter is a little ignorant stuff.
