Yeah, definitely a corrupted chunk. I know where too.
There's an ender chest somewhere in my group's base. Nobody ever used it, it must have messed ITSELF up somehow.

empty ender chests can't corrupt chunks by themselves, you must have done something to corrupt the chunk

An easy way would be to delete enderstorage from the server mods, turn the server back on, then off, then re-add it.
