What is an "early day"?

I have early dismissals, but not "early days". Is that what you guys mean?

Every Friday I only have 2 actual classes which end at 10:30, then recess, two free periods, mass, lunch and RE, but I always just leave school at 10:30 since they don't even take attendance or anything in the other classes.
Also don't have school tomorrow, as tomorrow is Saturday.

So considering I'm in the part of the college that doesn't wear uniform, I'm about to be charged for my education.
