Yep, he is totally blazed, what can you expect from a mexican after all?

I couldn't decide between eyebrows or not, so i just kept them both, so its up to the player to decide.
Personally, i think they both look great and i have a small laugh everytime i see it lol

The eyebrows face kinda seems roostery and energetic, while the no eyebrows face seems kinda zoned out and just plain forgetin baked.

You choose which one you wanna be.
