It's not like all those people had to sign up, so why couldn't he have just been 'protesting' with the others? Perfectly legal defense.
Also this is Brazil, for all we know nudity is legal there lol.

Well the tumblr post said that he was flipping people off, loveually harassing people, and laughing when people got angry. He could be protesting with them, but I don't think so. Whatevs

I have no idea if these kinda acts will have the same consequences as in the US.

Yes, they hate government, fallen soldiers. They protest the funerals of dead troops, the are always around protesting Gays. It's not a good idea to bring a kid to these things until they are at the age to understand what is going on.
