So i have a stuffty 5 mb down, 1 mb up plan. I want to change. The company I'm with has bad customer service, but we also have phone and TV from them.

So, do I switch to a better 50down/50up with 250GB limit plan with the same company.

Or do I get the 55down/1up plan with 250GB limit plan with the other company that has better customer service.

NOTE: Both plans are $80/month
NOTE: I would like to do some server hosting and 1up isn't enough for more than 2 players at most.

This is really speed VS customer service.

Better customer service is not going to be a large enough factor to influence your choice.

The problem with Canada is that their Internet just sucks.

I would go with the 50/50 plan, but if you download a lot then you may hit that cap quickly. Recently I've been doing 400GB+ a month since Comcast lifted their caps for my area. The 50up for be great for server hosting.

i use hughestnet and i have like 2mb dl and  1up and it has limited data, but if you get on anytime from 3 am to 7 am then its free like 15dl 10up.

Let me tell you from expirence, I use up about 10% of a 250GB plan each day with my tekkit server.
Your bandwidth will dissapear before your eyes. A single 10min youtube video could be a few hundred megabytes.
