I'm not the least bit worried about flooding. I live across the street from a river that sits ~30 feet below the surrounding land. It would have to rain for a hell of a long time to overflow that river. Not to mention the river is dammed up about a mile downstream, so if it started flooding, they could open the dam and relieve the flooding.
