Log: I'm sitting in my house typing on a forum... It's raining. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Sandy is coming closer and closer, conditions are getting worse and my house's Internet is out.

Log: It's really rainy and windy outside. My town was issued a high winds and flood warning until 6pm tomorrow. Still reluctantly awaiting landfall.

It's been raining for the past 12 hours but not monsoon-strength hard. Intermittent winds from 10-30 mph. Still have power, it only flicked once. School has already been canceled today and has been canceled for tomorrow as well. Overall: pretty lame storm so far
