Check proxy.org.  They have such a huge list of proxies all over the world, your school can't possibly block them all, lol.

Also, try accessing this site by its IP address rather than domain name.  A lot of places will block domain names (e.g. www.blockland.us) but they won't block IP addresses.

Just use a different internet browser. Like firefox or opera.

Get a USB drive and put Firefox on it.

The filters are almost always server-side, not client-side, changing your browser does nothing.
