Ive tried windows 8. I hate it lol.
Also be happy your not using vista, its not user friendly at ALL

I've never had any problems with vista

So far it's nice. Only problems are that its a bit tricky to use at first, but I will get used to it. When I start steam, it puts all the steam files that should be in Program Files onto my Desktop. It would be nice if I could customise individual app colours. i dont like all my steam games being a green square.

Don't say "windwos 8 is POO no statr buten" if you never even tried the OS. Yeah I didn't try it myself yet but i'm not being a stereotyping crapsack about it.
Plus, there IS a start button if you actually look for an alternate desktop mode.

I'm sure there should be a "upload custom image" option if you right click the green icons. nop

you're fine with seven unless you want a new computer. And unless you're going to plan on doing any editing with a mac, then get it.

You dont NEED to upgrade. You can try the trial to see if it is for you. Dont go wasting money if you are comfortable with the OS you have

My previous os, vsta, got corrupt so I just decided to buy windows 7 since I didn't have a vista disc, that's why I upgraded my computer.

I'm feeling it too, but I was considering having both Windows 7 and Windows 8 so if there are incompatibility issues with Windows 8, I can use Windows 7
