Well this is a bit cliche.
You're not sure where you are. Behind you is seemingly an abyss, and your head hurts. A lot. And why is everything green? Maybe you hit your head too hard and went colorblind. And you don't seem to remember anything happening previous to now. The worst part of it is probably the green.
Well, at least you're on a grid, so at least-

A large mountainside stands before you. You might be able to scale it, seeing as you're bigger than a block - But there appears to be slopes as it goes up, and those will be dangerous at that height.
There's also one slightly eroded block in the mountainside.
