I wouldn't be so weak storm. Flooding was mainly a problem not with a storm, but high tide and the full moon. The wind was Hurricane Sandy, the Rain was Hurricane Sandy. The only storm that combined was a snow storm system. After Sandy left, it got cold as stuff because Sandy was stopping the cold front.

1.2 million people are without power in NJ, on the service PSEG. I wouldn't say it was a baby kicking us, it was a bad storm.
