did i break my headphones

so recently my headphones have been making a crackling/static noise whenever i move slightly
which is not only annoying normally but when i'm trying to listen to something i can't hear
why is this and is there any fix

usually they stop working cuz ive beeN TOO ROUGH with them

this is annoying because the earbuds on my phone are kind of broken as well(as in i can still hear sound coming through them but they're probably about to break)

This wouldn't do anything.

There is a bad connection in the jack, If the headphones are valuable enough you could crack it open and solder it down, or use Wire Glue.
