Late show mocking the interpreter really have offended the Deaf Community and it is not appropriate.

I am always with Deaf Community all my life.

The joke isn't that the interpreter was there, it was that she was using very exaggerated facial movements.  That youtube video was great though.  You know what's the best way to solve a misunderstanding?  To call them "stupid americans".
