like, if I'm taking a shower in the morning, I don't bother changing for bed, I just wear what I was wearing
but otherwise, I wear pajama pants and a t-shirt

in either situation tho, there's a great chance I'll end up wearing nearly nothing or nothing within a few hours or so if I'm using my phone or laptop instead of sleeping
