history = useless
biology = useless
chemistry = useless
any math over algebra 2 = useless

i doubt more then 90% of people dont use any of those in their daily lives. i can get a decent paying job that can feed a family without being that 10%, get real.

except every job that actually screens it's workers for not being completely stupid

you know, ones that actually make over $20,000 a year

If I catch other kids cheating on tests in my classes, I let the teacher know after class. I want them to get an F. They deserve it.

I make a fake sheet with all the wrong answers on a test if this happens to me

Remember

I don't like pickles on my burger and I like premium in my Cadillac

Tell that to the people that programmed all your electronic devices, and calibrated the manufacturing systems which produce many of your consumer goods.
i guess you must have thought the reading comprehension section of your english classes were pretty useless

also loling at all these kids thinking they are better then anyone who isn't some A+++++ nerd
i mean seriously what makes you better then the guy fixing your rich forget car? i would rather hang with him then some uptight stuffhead anyways.

I cheated once.
It was in the first grade for a basic spelling test. I knew all the words and there was no point. The only thing was an incentive. My teacher offered a sparkly pencil and a Hersey's bar for whoever spelled her name write.
I wanted that pencil and that candy bar. I wanted to win. So, I wrote down her name before we started the test on a small piece of paper and used it to answer the question later.
I never got caught. I got my Hersey's bar and that sparkly pencil.
I never told her. I lived with this, knowing I took something I didn't earn and being praised for it. It felt god damn awful.
So, I never cheated again. If I ever caught myself looking at another person's sheet or anything, I'd remind myself of that day. I'd remind myself of that damn pencil.

I do believe that teachers should crack down on cheating on major things only. Take copying off someones final exam or a test over a course in class, then they deserve rightful punishment. If it's something like a worksheet in class, I find no harm in anyone copying work UNLESS they do know how to do the work fully.

But that's the thing, there are many "A+++++" nerds that are actually cool people, but no one notices them because they're known as a nerd.

I cheat and steal every day.

But not in school. Even though I learn like, 2 things a day, it's worth actually paying attention, contrary to what RedGajin tells you.

I cheat on tests Disney Channel style

Schools a institution which silently encourages cheating, so I don't see the point in not doing it.

Elaborate.

lol all you straight-edge nerds.

easy way 4 lyfe
well not everyone is born into the upperclass, some actually have to work their way up the ladder like real workers.

All the kids here are so brainwashed into thinking high school is mega important or something. Unless you're a genius that gets a full-ride scholarship or have rich parents that will pay for you to go directly to a fancy college it isn't that important. You can just get your GED and do your pre-reqs in a community college and get a 4.0 in those and then any 4 year you want will be glad to take you. Most of you are pretty much wasting your time or are delusional. Sure going to college and getting the piece of paper that says you memorized useless stuff for 7 years is a great way to get a high paying job but if you have actual smarts you won't have much trouble making it in life college education or not.

No, he's right.
My brothers left school at 10, failed there apprenticeships and did horribly in school and are both making nearly 90k a year.
You are all taught that you will only succeed if you are good in school, which is so far from the truth that it's sad.

First, 90k a year really isn't that much. Second, they're the exception, not the commonality. A highschool diploma is definitely more attractive than a GED, and both are completely useless. The degree isn't what matters, it's the content you learn. For college, it's the other way around.

It really is, 90k a year is far more than you will need to live a good life (though I can understand that most of the people in here that have been told that getting As will lead to them making 500k a year, which makes me sad) and they aren't much of a minority, I have seen this happen with so many people I know.
My mum used to be the principle of a school that was meant to keep kids off the streets, my bros and sister went there too and I became friends with a lot of the people there, now, the people in this thread are claiming that cheating is basically loving yourself over so that you will never be sucessful, yet the people from this school that were all, drug dealers, hookers, actual delinquents (not the kind that talk in class, the kind that are in knife fights at school weakly, attack the teachers and disappear for months at a time) and muggers.
However I kept in contact and still hang out with about 7 of these guys weekly and they are all in their early 20s and making more than a lot of you A students probably will.
There are a lot of jobs that don't make much money, and they aren't just filled with people that did bad at school, so many people who think they are set because they got good grades end up forgeted over in stuffty jobs.
Also one of the guys from that school (he is about 26ish now, he was one of the elder ones) is making millions and has spent the last 6 years traveling the world with gypsies and exploring africa and stuff, now he is a minority.
