So some context, my friend is telling him his computer freezes with a random color on his screen.  So I think "okay, probably overheating GPU or just a dying GPU."  So I tell him to install Teamviewer.  I get his info, view him over Teamviewer and I see this.

i mean, if you (fairly frequently) change your desktop background, you've probably changed it to something you've had an interest in at that time
that's not much different than having a browser theme
