I'm currently at the public library, trying to do my homework. Suddenly, this homeless-looking guy brings up a video of guys with bandanas around their mouths cutting up a tied-up woman will a ball gag in her mouth with a razor blade. They then pour Tabasco sauce and salt into the woulds, and even rub it in. Then, when she's nearly dead, one of them pulls out a carving knife, and I decide to look away before the video finishes.

Is this legal?
