How to activate:
Download the wav. file at the top of the post,
Click the Skype tab in the top right corner of Skype,
then hover over the selection named Profile and click change sounds,
click "Import Sounds", and choose the file that you downloaded,
Select it in the drop-down bar labeled "Choose which sound to play"
Enjoy!
