Author Topic: How many crunches should I do daily?  (Read 1468 times)

88.4 lb, scale calculates fat at 41% (but yet I am still underweight)

I have a little bit of a blubbery belly and I am doing 30-50 abdominal crunches daily.

advice pls

wtf you weight 88.4 but you're 41% body fat? o.o.o

are you under 4' 8"
if the answer is no, you're not fat

One suspects his scale is pretty lame.

depends what type cereal you're eating

gotta get a bowl

gotta ha

I'm so sorry

Go for a jog at night aswell, do 80 crunches, 40 in the morning, 40 after your jog.

If you are thinking that doing crunches = gets rid of stomach fat then you have been misled.

yeah as clone touched on, the whole 'spot fat reduction' thing is complete bullstuff

you should be doing a mix, not just crunches

do some sort of cardio, squats, pushups, chinups AND your situps/crunches
as for amount, i'd just do 3 sets until failure and like 30 minutes of cardio

and obviously eat less & healthier

crunches don't actually do that much, you know

100 to 250 crunches a day has kept me in great shape. Just remember, crunches alone won't do the trick.

Like i said, you also need to jog

You're 88 pounds LOL
wow
