preferably comedies, action, or a whole series
no horror or wishy washy drama, as I usually watch these as im drawing or playing

The filmwork?  The movies are absolutely fantastic, not to mention the effects.  If you mean the quality of the film itself, yeah, it's not perfect, but if that ever holds someone back from watching an older film, they shouldn't be watching movies at all.

I'm mostly talking about the difference in camera quality/lighting between today and when it was made.
for the time it was made, yes, the effects are amazing.
