I have ten people on my banlist for regularly impersonating other users to an alarming degree.

He did have some other names that I removed from this listing for brevity's sake. Mostly spelling/capitalization variants of existing names.

That's the problem with name changes; they serve to disconnect the user from their previous status (good or bad). I once didn't recognize one of my best friends after a name change. There's a client sided trust add-on that tells you exactly WHO you trust, what level, their BL_ID and a Whois option linked directly to RTB, based off an ID search
