Well, I finished my first session, it lasted a little less than an hour, I started by visualizing my tulpa for a good 30 minutes, Then for about 10 minutes i assigned traits, i didnt keep count, though. Then for 15 or so minutes, I nararrated what my room looks like by whispering very quietly. I didnt get a response, but im remaining confident, as i know it takes time. Also, i forgeted up and imagined it doing things and what its voice sounds like. In visualization, i focused on the five senses one at a time.
