I remember reading a yahoo news article not to long ago on reasons why you don't get enough sleep
Main reasons that stuck out to me:
Counting sheep
Reading before bed
Using ANY electronics
Bright lights/screens (like a digital alarm clock)
Only tip provided:
Bed = love or sleep
Bed =/= anything else at all during the night
Honestly if you can't finish all of your stuff during the day and have time to go to bed, and yet you can post on the forums with a rate of 13.146 posts per day, you need to either organize yourself better, or get some help.
Gee I should follow my own advice more often, goodnight forums
