I allready have it, i just need to fix an error.

So now it keeps downloading a patch even when I click cancel, and it trys to run it. When my computer asks if it should run it I click "No" and then it goes off. For some reason blockland seems to shut-down somehow after.

install client_missioneditor or whatever
the mission editor thing that has the GUI editor
what you do is you open and then close the GUI Editor.

the antivirus i use blocks it from opening an internet connection unless i click 'yes'

Strange, it still trys to update even if i press that, and even if i delete the patch.

The solution is to use v20 because it doesn't use the forced in-game updater and you can bypass the external launcher easily.
