Pirate - Badminin' all over the place

I was bored, so I was just hopping around servers. At the time, Pirate's "ADVANCED" FortWars was up, so I joined it. Low and behold, I came across him badmining and banning for no good reason.

and the rules for the server are pretty stuff in the first place.





After telling him it was a richard move to ban for that, he banned me with the reason; "FAILURE TO DECLARE WAR, UNRANKED!!!"

I can't find his ID, nobody is currently using the name "Pirate" and too many people have done so before.

In unrelated news I did find that BL_ID 38734  is trying to rip off Rotondo's fame by naming himself Rotondo1

I ran into Pirate on another server today. He refused to say anything about this. I got his ID, but I'm going to withhold it on the slight chance that I've got the wrong guy.
