Where have you been?

I prefer vista or xp.

Ontopic: Exactly what kind of problems?

7 is superior and will continue to be until Microsoft actually gets their stuff together

so much bandwagon

im not saying anything about windows 8 until i actually use it

Once again, I don't see the downsides of using Windows 8. Yeah sure, it has a tablet interface built into it, but you can still get to the regular desktop by clicking one button. On top of that it runs faster than Windows 7. The only inevitable thing was losing a little compatibility, which always happens.

does it cost money

if so how much does it cost right now? and its officially released?

It is officially released, it's about $100 retail.

You should be able to buy it just about anywhere that deals with computers.

Maybe if it had the old start menu. And the desktop mode was the default. And Metro applications would actually behave like proper Windows applications.

Back on topic, the only problem I've had with Blockland was that the Intel driver from Microsoft Update couldn't run it. Downgrading to the Windows 7 driver worked.

This shouldn't be an issue if you have a newer laptop or desktop.
