that knife isn't going to stop a bear. the most it'll stop is a large dog, and even that is pushing it. For a human, he would probably lunge once and have the opposer grab his arm. If you're doing something with wood such as fletching or whittling, the knife is as suited for the job as a fillet knife. I'm not in the loving boyscouts because i don't like little boy richard, but i know my way around knives well enough to know that's supposed to look pretty.

I live in a rich dominantly white neighborhood, I'm not worried about being mugged, it's for camping kiko. This isn't Harlem, you don't need to pack a 12-gauge to school bud. I just like the design and fit, I'm not trying to become the world's first bank robber via knife-point.

when I was around 7 I was in cub scouts
almost every loving single day we had to make some religious object (an angel, or a cross or stuff like that) and rarely do anything except that, pledge to the flag, and do some trash that was very unnecessary
I just quit around 4th grade because my parents had/have busy schedules
