The FBI doesn't really take children watching research seriously, that's the parent's jobs to prevent them from doing it. If it's sometihng like child research, then yeah, it's taken seriously.

People don't take child->child research seriously either. Technically it's a criminal offense, but you'd have to arrest 50% of every highschool in America if you were to actually enforce it. The only time they care is when you spread it.
