How to get Steam Rating higher?

The other day, my Steam rating was at 8.7, today it's at 1.9. Why did it go down so much? All I've been doing is playing games.

Steam rating ain't really important, I think to increase it you need to play Steam Games you bought off steam.

I think they used to have comments next to certain rating, because i wear that 10 used to say "Eagles scream"
