Okay...Well I was talking to Alicia, asking how your relationship was going...And she thinks that you're being too clingy, and taking things a bit fast, she'll consider dumping you within a month if you keep this way...Q-Q Don't get angry with me! I just thought you oughtta know, if you want to get a better relationship!

This was sent two months ago and we're still going out, although it's started to feel kind of awkward between us. All of my confidence is gone and I haven't asked her out for a while now, but I still love her.
Should I talk to her or not?

Don't believe anything anyone tells you, in a relationship there will always be people that don't want you two together, or like the girl themselves.

If you still love her then show her that, and your confidence should have never been gone, if she didn't like you, she would have broken up with you.

Your best bet is to just ask her "what's wrong, has anything been bothering you lately?", if she says I don't know or No, just tell her you really want to help and she should tell you.
