Spawns break whenever I leave default minigame

I set a default minigame, which should allow me to leave the server and leave the minigame with the minigame to keep running, right?
Apparently not.
Whenever I leave the server and/or the minigame the spawns will break and will spawn players randomly around.
Please help.

Well I just loaded bricks as public and now it works so, apparently I don't have to.
