I've made a house in the similar style. I thought it was more Italian.. but what do I know. Mediterranean at least.
It looks pretty. But I don't like the simple shape of the building. It's a box, with a box roof. You could of had some variation of shape in the building.
As of the roof, I think you're doing it completely wrong. You got the right intention but it looks bad.

The terrain style is a good one, but you're executing it wrong. At the moment the bricks are placed in line, very symmetrical. It could be done more messy.
I would not use both plate terrain and brick terrain in the same build. It's possible, but not the way you done it. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Such bad contrast.
The colors you've chosen are very dull and lifeless. Bleached orange, withering green and moldy vegetation.
The stream is too straight.
Not bad tho.
